Downloading flight recordings

You can download the full recording of a flight from Vozilla and share it with the Theseus support team for analysis. The full recording contains the sensor data needed to replay the flight and investigate issues. A video alone is not sufficient for this analysis.

Download a recording

• Open Vozilla and go to Flights.

• Select the flight you want to review.

• Click ⋮ in the top-right corner of the left panel.

• Select Download raw.

• Wait for the download to finish.

Share a recording with support

Send the downloaded file to the Theseus support team. If the file is too large to attach, upload it to a file-sharing service and send a download link. Make sure the team has access to the file.

Include the flight date and a brief description of the issue. If possible, specify when the issue occurred during the flight.
